They had to outsource the work until last October, when the town agreed to purchase the mini sweeper for $ 115,000. The city will save on the cost of the contract by keeping the work in-house.

D’Zmura said people can expect to see Luigi three to four days a week and possibly more due to weather conditions or beach use.
