WARREN – Domenica DiCesare, 87, from Warren, entered eternal life peacefully at 10:55 p.m. on Saturday, December 11, 2021, in Assumption Village north of Lima.

She was born on March 3, 1934 in Italy, daughter of the late Giulio and Palestrina Sbroglia Galilei and immigrated to the United States in 1947.

A housewife, Domenica enjoyed knitting, crochet, baking, gardening and flowers. She loved to feed her family with their delicious Italian dishes; but his greatest love was for his family, his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.

She was a member of Saint-Jean-Paul II parish in Warren.

Domenica was predeceased by her 67-year-old husband, Ettore DiCesare, whom she married on July 10, 1954, and shared the love of three children, Jeffrey (Christine) DiCesare of Boardman, Marisa DiCesare of Massillon and Champion’s Anita (Tom) Donadio; grandchildren, Allison (Dan) Schleichert, Brent (Elizabeth) Crum, Jessica (Andrew) Peacock, Gabrielle DiCesare, Laura (Roger) Kubilis, Daniel (Jennifer) Haines, Brittany (Andrew) Wilde, Victoria Donadio, Tommy Donadio, Jaclyn (Jonathan) Kléber and Nicolas (Emma) Donadio; and by 10 great-grandchildren, who called her Nonna – Hailey, Emily, Aubrey, Jackson, Lillian, Adelia, Annalee, Lofton, Lindor and Lenna.

Besides her parents and her husband, Domenica was predeceased by her great-granddaughter, Paesyn Grace Wilde.

A Christian funeral service order will be offered privately for the family on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, with Reverend Frantisek Katrinak officiating, at Staton-Borowsk Funeral Home, Warren.

Interment will follow at All Souls Cemetery, Bazetta.
