City dwellers have plenty of pizza delivery and dining options to choose from, but if you live in a more rural part of the county, your choices are limited.

That’s why Julia Kirby, from Bawdeswell, was inspired to create Pizza Roma, a mobile pizza business that brings ‘delicious’ hand-stretched pizzas to Norfolk villages.

The menu includes a Neapolitan with mozzarella and pesto, a Milanese with Italian salami and tomato, a vegetarian pizza and specialties.

Another favorite chosen by our readers is Yellow Door Eats, which offers wood-fired pizzas and do-it-yourself pizza kits.

Brick Pizza, located in Market Place, has established itself as one of Norwich’s most beloved pizzerias.

It keeps it relatively traditional with its toppings, like ham and mushrooms, margherita and roasted vegetables.

Dough at Deer launched earlier this year and has been a huge hit with the city’s pizza lovers.

The business was started by couple Jeff and Stacey Taylor in January at The Reindeer pub in Dereham Road.

After proving to be very popular, the “Dough at†brand has also expanded to The Stanford Arms in Lowestoft and Ampersand Brew Co The Cap pub in Harleston, where it will be present from October 8th.

The pizzas are all made with homemade dough and traditional fillings, including salami and a margherita.

Monzu is a wood-fired pizza van specializing in artisanal Neapolitan pizza using ‘high quality local and Italian ingredients’.

The company trades Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Ludham Caravan Club, Fridays at Hoveton Village Hall, and Saturdays at various locations.

It is owned by Darren and Claire Cameron, a husband and wife team who live in Horning.
